We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather conditions, peak seasons, incorrect address information, operational volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier according to its procedures.

However, all transactions are conducted directly with PhysioXMotion, operated by NEXVORA INNOVATIONS LIMITED, and not with Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for products, purchases, returns, refunds, customer support, or transactions made through our store.
